Costa Rica is opening its borders to foreign travelers from New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut starting September 1st.

Costa Rica also announced measures to which travelers must adhere for their visit:

Travelers must fill and present this epidemiological survey.
Travelers must present a negative PCR coronavirus test which results must have been received within 48 hours before their travel to Costa Rica.
Travelers must have travel insurance that covers medical care or an unexpected extended hotel stay.
