Fishing Lessons are imparted in Playa Junquillal (40 min drive from Playa Tamarindo). Our local expert fishermen provide everything you need to engage in an exciting Costa Rica shore fishing adventure.
Fishing Lesson: Beginner and Intermediate level. We will teach fishing terms and fishing tackle, types of fish in Costa Rica, safe and responsible angling and use of lures, basic fishing techniques. 3 hours per lesson minimum, water and fruits are included. Prices: 1 person $100 USD, 2 persons $90 USD pp, 3 persons $80 USD pp, 4 or more $70 USD pp.
Guided Fishing Tour: Advanced level. We will take you to the best local fishing spots by land, you will learn the types of fish in Costa Rica and the best lures to use. Live bait fishing. 3-hour tour minimum, water and fruits are included. Prices: 1 person $100 USD, 2 persons $90 USD pp, 3 persons $80 USD pp, 4 or more $70 USD pp.
Typical Panga Estuary Tour: All levels. Hand paddle traditional boat up Junquillal estuary. Enjoy the scenery while fishing by hand. The technique will be taught if necessary. Up to 6 people and 3 hours minimum. Water and fruits are included. Price: $25 USD per person per hour. Custom group prices available
